Tray Drying

Tray dryers are available to remove moisture and residual solvents from wet cakes, flakes, and ion exchange resins.  The tray dryer is equipped with a scrubber and is typically employed when the quantity to be dried is relatively small.  It is also used to dry material that contains environmentally hazardous products or strong odors that must be controlled.
