Separation Technology

Separation technology is a part of Capital Resin Corporation's core processing capabilities employing equipment from:  ROTEX, VORTI SIV and VSEP. ROTEX screeners are used for fractional separation of solids by size.  The equipment is proven to process both resins and ion exchange resins.  It is also successful at removing dust. VORTI SIV vibratory separator technology is used to process solids and slurries.  The equipment is utilized to manufacture wet cakes with specific distribution of particulate matter. VSEP (Vibratory Shear Enhanced Processing) with membrane technology is used to separate polymers in aqueous solutions.
