The above terms go hand in hand.  But how do they “apply”? 

Capital Resin is built upon the skill set our team brings to our model, and the opportunity to earn the trust of customers and prospects in delivering on high expectations associated with project management, sometimes associated with custom or toll manufacturing. 

Customers find CRC in their search for a quality partner that will provide a consistent product, and participate in the design and understanding of the chemistry they’re attempting to build or replace.   

Many of today’s solution polymer manufacturers believe that BIG is better.  Their equipment is sized according to their higher volume customers.  We believe this paradigm is one which can be dramatically improved. 

Take a phenolic resin for instance.  Time, pH, and temperature have tremendous impacts on the integrity of a phenolic resin once it’s manufactured.  Remember that these polymers will ‘auto-advance’ if special care is not taken in handling and storing these materials.  Molecular weight, and thereby viscosity, will continue to grow as time passes.  This renders a material that is difficult to handle regarding dilution, saturation, or film coalescence, and requires additional dilution and chemical manipulation on the customer’s behalf.  Ultimately, this situation results in loss of efficiency on your application, and, potentially, yield loss on your final product.

Capital Resin Corporation is built upon the ability to respond to questions and inquiries on our manufacturing capabilities with an eye towards urgency.   We take pride in detailing our facility, both from a manufacturing efficiency viewpoint, and an environmental stewardship viewpoint.  Our team of eighty personnel is committed to providing a better solution to your sourcing needs for a wide variety of chemistries and thermoset solution polymers.  We are basic in formaldehyde production, operating a 100 million pound plant since the early 1990’s.  We possess over 14 reactors from pilot scale to full commercial production, ranging in size from 500 gallons to 4,000 gallons on the commercial side.  Our staff of research chemists is fully engaged in developing materials directed towards our customer’s specific needs.  This means that we will produce the material you require, insuring that batch sizing is parallel to your consumption rate.  This provides effective management of your investment in inventory, and eliminates the nuisance of minimum batch sizing that is not aligned with your production requirements.  All of which is important in optimizing your business in today’s environment.
